Karen has emerged as a leading legal services provider in Grenada, ensuring a bespoke solution for every client she serves. As a Consultant Attorney-at-Law at K.C Legal Consultancy and as Principal Attorney at Samuel Phillip and Associates in Grenada, Karen offers significant knowledge and extensive practical experience, particularly in complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions,  conveyancing and estate work,  litigation, and labour and employment.

 

 In Grenada, Karen has served as the Chairperson of quasi-judicial tribunals, notably, the Income Tax Tribunal which adjudicated various tax types and the National Insurance Appeals Tribunal. 

 

Karen is an avid supporter of the use of alternative dispute resolution processes, and is in fact  a qualified arbitrator.
